Marakand Lounge is an electronic hookah lounge for guests who are 21 or older. By using this system in the lounge, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
Our electronic hookahs and blends are not tobacco-free. They are not smoking-cessation devices and are not presented as a way to quit smoking. If you have questions about the products or their ingredients, please ask our staff before ordering.
Ordering is available in the lounge, on the venue's tablet. The public website is for viewing locations and menus only — it does not take orders or payments. Menu items, options, and prices are shown as accurately as we can; availability can change, and an item that is out of stock cannot be ordered.
All payment is made in person at the venue, when our staff brings your order to your table. We accept payment through our Clover device. Nothing is charged through this website or app.
Guests earn 1 point for every $1 of an order once that order is paid. Points are tracked by phone number. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and the lounge may change the points rules or end the program. Points balances shown by the system are kept as accurately as we can; if you believe your balance is wrong, please ask our staff.
Staff accounts are created only by the owner or an authorized manager, for employees of the business. Each person is responsible for keeping their own login private and for the activity on their account.
We work to keep the system running and accurate, but it is provided as-is and may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Prices and totals confirmed by our staff at the venue are final.
